Tell us what you need, and for how many workers.
Two questions. They let Vera start knowing what your operation looks like, instead of asking you everything from scratch.
What do you need?
How many workers?
A rough number is fine. It is used to prepare your setup, not to bill you.
Each worker needs their own email address. Without one they are added to your list, but nobody can log their hours — not the worker, not their crew boss — and nothing tells you. Worth having them to hand before you start.
Where should we send your access?
We need it to send you the app link and to let you claim your account. If setup gets interrupted, this is how you pick it back up.

What happens next
- We hand you to Vera, our onboarding agent.
- She asks what your farm is called and walks you through adding your crew.
- You talk or type — you are not left alone with a long form.
- Every worker needs their own email address. Without one they can be added to your list, but nobody can log their hours.
- It takes a few minutes, and you can stop and come back.
What you choose here travels with your request. If you ask for a paid tier, Vera picks it up with you — it does not switch on by itself.
Before you ask about paying
- No card is asked for here. Nothing on this page charges anything.
- When paying does come up it happens inside FarmAgent, through Stripe’s hosted checkout — your card number is entered on Stripe’s page and never reaches FruitScout. We do not store it and we do not see it.
- The first five workers are free, and your own admin account does not count as a worker.
For your crew leaders
It is the same app your workers clock in on. You can send them the link today.
