We collect personal information in one place only: the forms on this site. When you request a demo or ask to be contacted, we collect your first and last name, your email address, your company name, your primary goal, and your primary crop type. We do not ask for anything else.
Your submission goes to sales@fruitscout.ai and is stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship system. We use it to answer you, to prepare a demo relevant to your operation, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.
Being specific matters more here than being reassuring:
There are two exceptions, both of them things you can see. On a page with a form, we load HubSpot’s form software so the form can work. On a page with a video, we load Vimeo’s player so the video can play — we send Vimeo’s do-not-track setting with it, which stops the usual tracking cookies, but it is still their software running. Either one may set cookies of its own. On a page with neither, neither happens.
Buttons that say Start free, Customer log in or New Customer take you to farmagent.fruitscout.ai, which is our product rather than our marketing site. Anything you enter there — including account and payment information — is handled under the FarmAgent terms, not this page.
HubSpot processes and stores this information on our behalf on infrastructure in the United States. If you are in Mexico, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
Write to sales@fruitscout.ai and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do it. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not affect anything else.
If we start doing something we do not do today — analytics, advertising, tracking — we will change this page before we start, not after.
